Just A Peek!

I love Christmas so much and am so excited to do a bit of Christmas decorating.  I thought I would give you just a peek at the little bit that I have done, so far.

When it's chilly outside, I love a warm, sunny feeling inside.

The weather has been in the 40's F. lately, or in the single digits C.  And we have enjoyed lots of sun!  I am loving this weather, it's perfect for a long walk, I don't get too warm or too cold.

I hope your day is sunny and bright!

Still a bit too early for me to decorate for Christmas but I have started shopping!. It's our tradition to wait until after Brianna's birthday, but yours looks so pretty. Bet it makes you want to get started on Christmas baking!

Oooh, you are getting me in the mood for Christmas, Cindy! We have actually had rain the last two days, and it's rainy and a little dark... starting to look winterish. BUT we still have on the AC. LOL!

Thanks for a peek at your cosy home. Love how your warm and welcoming personality shows through in your decorating.
Christmas seems a while off for me, 'though I am thinking about it. How lovely it would be to have snow on Christmas morning. It's not likely....but could be anything here in Melbourne!

I am glad I am not the only one thinking of decorating-although I do have to finish a few things first.
It looks like a lovely place to walk in the sunshine.

I too am inspired to get started a little earlier than normal for Christmas. For me that means sewing some gifts. I am excited about that! I have my baking list made out which is also early. ;) Now to 'get er done'. Decorating will come later in the month. I may be giving you a call....
Love your photos of inspiration! Beautiful!
xoxo Sue

Dear Cindy, thanks for sharing this post because now I've finally decided, I'm going to do a bit of decorating this Christmas. It's been some years since I've actually own any decorations, but I'm going to start buying and making some ;o) What a lovely location you live in. I have always wanted to visit Canada. Have a blessed weekend my friend.

Hi Cindy, I just found your blog through Carolyn at Aiken House. I scrolled down and saw your kitchen and the cabinets are exactly what I want. I love the window doors at the top for display without the dust. I am going ahead with this major reno in the new year. It's nice to meet you.

Hi Cindy,
I wish I could start Christmas decorating, but like you say we here in the US still have to have our Thanksgiving. It seems as if I just finish decorating and its time to take it all down.LOL
I see some beautiful lace curtains in your photo...
You are getting some very cold days. We had rain all day on Sunday, so I was able to stay home and sew all day.
Have a sweet day and big hugs, Elizabeth
