Winter Sky & More Christmas Decor

There's nothing prettier than a Winter sunset.
I am joining Skywatch Friday today.

I am also joining French Country Cottage for Feathered Nest Friday.

I haven't shown you my little Christmas tree yet, because I am not real pleased with it, I had hoped to make a music sheet star for the top, but never did find a tutorial for it, so it didn't happen.

Anyways, here it is.

It's tiny and sits atop my antique side board.

Another peak at my Christmas village.  It is probably my favorite Christmas decoration.  My hubby bought it for me one Christmas about three years ago,  it was a huge surprise and I have loved it and used it every year since.

I love pine cones, especially under glass.  Be sure to check out these lovely little memes that I have joined today, they have some great stuff happening over at their blogs.

Have a beautiful, joy-filled day!

Hugs, Cindy

Hallo darling Cindy, how are you? Is it very cold in your side? Here in Bologna in these two last days we had sun and not less than 18 C°!! It's rare even here such a spring temperature!
In the next days I'll have my giveaway, don't forget to partecipate!!! Hugs

The winter sunset is beautiful and snow on the roof looks like thick icing on a cake.
I like your sweet Christmas tree.....I have a tiny one too.....and the Christmas village...just delightful with it's little buildings lit from within. I think your grand-children must love it.
Keep warm!

Cindy, thank you so much for visiting my site today and commenting too! I love your perfect little cozy shelf for your village! I have one that is still in the attic as we speak... I usually display it on my buffet - we'll see if I choose to put it there again this year. I'm so envious of the snow (can't believe I'm saying this) but we usually have snow by now and it's just kind of weird and boring during winter without it I'm finding! My whole state has had it except for us I think - we must be in a protected pocket too close to the ocean right now. Even the big storm that's supposed to come our way Sunday is supposed to turn to rain by the time it hits our coast! :( As a result - my tree is not here yet - never thought the lack of snow would sap the Christmas decorating energy from me but I guess it has! Anyway - I enjoyed your blog and I'm going to follow you.

Hugs,

Michelle

I enjoyed seeing all the things you shard today. However, the top shots is my favorite. Love the pink sky over the snow covered houses.

Slow getting around today, but now I'm enjoying your lovely post! All of your Christmas decor is so sweet and beautiful! It looks like I could just pull up a chair, sip cocoa and sit a while. I want to comment on each picture but it'd take forever. You get the drift... I love it!

Hi Cindy, what a beautiful scene. It is much warmer here so we've had to turn our heating down, Praise the Lord! Your Christmas tree is cute, I don't even have one. Your Christmas village is beautiful. What a thoughtful husband :o)
Sending you a big (((HUG))), my friend, I think you need it ;o)

I love seeing the snow pictures, Cindy. It is rainy and the temps may drop here. We get ice quite a bit. Hoping we get snow...prefer that to ice any day!

You Christmas decorations and tree are beautiful!
