A Lovely Wreath

Happy Monday, my friends.

My husband's sister, Yvette, is a very creative lady.  She makes beautiful quilts and crafts.  She made this wreath for me, it is so perfect for my kitchen, I really love it!

It goes perfectly, thanks Yvette!

I hope your day is going well, I am trying to get a bit of cleaning done, as well as a bit of after Christmas decorating.

I spent a lot of time working on my blog this last week, I am wondering what you think of my header.  Is it too large?  Too in-your-face?  Please tell me what you think.  Thanks!

Edit: It was my husband, Ray who actually made the changes, I simply told him what I wanted and he made it happen.  We spent many hours on it together.  If you do have questions, though, I will ask him to help me answer them.  I will get back to you with the answers as soon as possible.  Perhaps I could get him to write a post for me on how to make a new header.  Hmmm...I'll work on that.

What a lovely wreath! I been working on my blog as well and I think your header looks great! I'm not sure if mine is too big either but I'm not sure how to resize it.

Have a wonderful day,

Hi Cindy, I hope you are getting your re-decorating done. What a chore. I still have the tree up as we are having company for dinner tomorrow :-) I really like your header, not too big at all, and really catches the eye. Have a great day!

Yes, your SIL is indeed talented! Making that wreath took some time and patience too, I'm sure! It looks lovely hanging in your window.

I like your new header and how wide it is. Can you explain how you did it and how you get your photos so large? Do you write your posts in Blogger or Windows Live Writer? I've been wanting to make some changes to my blog but I've tapped out the extent of my knowledge. You must be way more computer savvy than me. :)

The wreath is pretty too.
I used to have one similar and now am thinking of replacing a current wreath, something like this would be easy!

Thanks for the inspiration!

Dear Cindy, your new header is great. I would really like to learn how to make my own. I also like the simple temple you're using but have no idea how to change mine. You've made some lovely changes to your kitchen and surroundings, nice 'before and afters', thanks for sharing :o)

that wreath is beautiful. Your header is just right, not too big and not too small. What apps are you using? I used photoshop C3 in making graphics or banners, it's magic and easy to use.
