What I Made on Saturday

Happy Tuesday to all my friends!
I have a short one for you today, I want to show you what I made on Saturday.  I used a pattern that I completely resized and reshaped and came out with a blouse that fit me.  I found a photo of a dress with a cute pleated tab down the front and created that to go on it as well.  All in all it turned out nicely, I think.  I really like it.

These photos turned out terrible, so I will just put small photos on today.  You can see the blouse, that is what matters!

Have a beautiful day!

Hi Cindy! Oh, I just love this! You're sew good! Get my pun! ;) Love the little pleats on the bodice. You're very good. Wish I had a nice figure like yours so I could wear pretty things like this. I've kinda fluffed out in my olden age!
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

At it again Ms. Seamstress! I thought of you today while I was dress shopping. I thought if I lived near Cindy, I'd just have to get her to make me something! I can't believe you made yourself a blouse too!
You're so trim! How do you stay so skinny with all those good desserts you make?

Your blouse looks so stylish! I have been doing a lot of quilting this winter but would like to get some of my old patterns out and make a blouse or two for an upcoming trip. Have you seen the Sew Retro Blog? I love looking at the clothes being sewn these days - they bring back so many memories.
