Double Chocolate Muffins

My oldest daughter recently sent me a package filled with little treasures.  My granddaughter also put some little treasures in it, made by her.  One of them was a recipe that she had copied off of the internet, for Chocolate Muffins.  I just had to make them, they sounded so good!  And believe me, they were!

Click on image to make it even larger.

My oldest daughter gave me the potted Chrysanthemums for Mother's Day, it is so nice to have some fresh flowers inside, and these should last a long time.  I will put them in my garden and then I can enjoy them for years to come.  We don't have any flowers blooming outside yet...soon hopefully.

My son gave this plaque to me for Mother's Day a few years back and I enjoy it so much and not just in the month of May!

Did you have a nice Mother's Day?  I hope so.  My son treated us to East Indian food, it was so very delicious.  Children are surely a treasure and I am learning to appreciate and love all four of mine more and more every year.
I thank the Lord for them!
Have a wonderful day!

Looks like you had a great Mother's Day. I make chocolate muffins all the time too from a recipe I found on the internet. It is a box of chocolate cake mix and a can of pumpkin...bake at 400. They are the best chocolate muffins, ever. And super super easy.

Hello you,

Well, that sounds like a fabulous Mother's Day!! Britain seems to be the only country to have had their Mother's Day way back in March!!! Bizarre!

Please save a chocolate cake for me - I'm on my way over. ;-)
