Don't wear perfume in the garden - unless you want to be pollinated by bees.  ~Anne Raver

Thank you for visiting, I hope you enjoyed the photos of the blossoms that I enjoyed last month and the ones that I am enjoying at present.

Your garden is looking lovely in the hot weather you have been having. I love bridal spirea and had 2 of them once until someone killed one with a snowmobile and the other one died. I also like the orange lilies and am seeing them in bloom everywhere right now. I like the little sayings you added in your post too. Blessings, Pamela

Hi Cindy,
Love the quotes. And, love your garden. Was just in my yard trying to get some nice photos, it's in the 90's and my garden is withering! It's going to be 98 tomorrow and the next day! Eeek!

My garden is my child, my church, my therapist.
By the looks of my yard it is quite evident I require a great deal of therapy! LOL!
Your yard is an inspiration to me!
Thanks for the lovely photos and words of encouragement!

Love your daisies! It's so hot here I can't stay outside for very long but I did check my garden this morning and everything seems to be surviving. Hope it cools off soon...

Hi Cindy! Your gardens are so beautiful. I love the day lilies and used to have some but my hubby waters too much and he killed them! ;)
Those little bees! :)
I'm so glad to have introduced you to a new (well, really it's an old) song.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

Hi Cindy,

Just catching up on your blog after being away. I love what you have done to your buffet area in the kitchen. It's amazing how versatile aqua is-so good with red and brown and pink and chartrouse (sp) and it always reminds us of summer. Your garden photos are lovely too ... sounds like you are really enjoying your summer weather and your porch!

Just read your last 3 blogs. I liked the quote about wearing perfume in the garden. :-) Your house is so lovely. I am not working quite as much but still seem to be too busy to do all I would like here. I need to plant some more flowers, the ones I have are either dying off (the pansies) or are just not doing much (the petunias)
