Whoever thought of putting a washstand on the wall?
Wellll... I did... what do you think of it?
I used it on my porch originally, it was a curb find.
Well, now it's hanging on the wall.
I used it for a coffee table in my living room for a few weeks and exchanged it for my old trunk, which I like a lot better.
I think it looks much better on the wall decorated for Fall. I need to find some turquoise Christmas ornaments, then I can use it for the next season coming up.
What do you think?
I like this photo because you can see the turquoise kitchen in the background.
I'm going to join Mod Vintage Monday once it opens on Monday.
I hope your weekend is wonderful!!!
Hugs, Cindy
Sunrise on Lake Winnipeg... another one that my husband, Ray, took. This might be my favourite.

I like it - and I know it will look great for Christmas...no matter how you deck it :) You COULD use it to tack or tie Christmas cards to--or so many OTHER ways, of course. It would look grand with a simple wreath on it, etc.
This is a great idea! You're thinking outside of the box. It will look great decorated differently each season. Can't wait to see it's Christmas look. Enjoy the weekend. Hugs, Pam

the washstand looks perfect on the wall over the buffet
come Valentines, you can hang hearts on it.
It looks great! Sort of looks like a ladder. The sunrise photo is just gorgeous!
The wash stand reminds me of a trellis. Absolutely perfect!
Oh Cindy, how clever of you! That looks beautiful hanging on your wall!! Also, what a great find...I've never seen anything like that. Hope you have a wonderful day my friend, Gail

The washstand looks very pretty on the wall, Cindy!, decorated for fall! I never would have guessed what it was.

Cindy ~ what a fabulous idea. It looks absolutely wonderful. I love the way you have it decorated for fall and I love the way you were thinking outside the box. Beautiful job ;-)
I've always so admired the way you mix up things in your house. Such a great way to get a fresh look. I adore the idea of turquoise ornaments for Christmas too. Hope you are well and that there have still been some nice days up there. :o) Have a good week friend!
I love it!! Great architectural piece to display. I like it much better on the wall, too ;)
It took me awhile to figure out what you were talking about as it looks so different on the wall. I call a washstand a small dresser where you would place the pitcher and wash bowl! But I understand now and it really looks lovely on your wall.
I love it on the wall Cindy!
I also love the sunset picture, it is wonderful!
What a great idea Cindy. I think it looks great displayed on the wall. I love pieces that have multi-uses.
Hugs,
❤Ana
