Way back in October Brittany from The Painted Parsonage had a giveaway for Lilla Rose Flexi Clips.
And I won a beautiful little flexi clip!
Its very pretty and very comfortable to wear, also.
I wear my hair up most of the time, so I wear it often.

Back in January I won some very delicious chocolates.
Angie from Echoes of Laughter had a giveaway, in fact she has them about once a month.
If you've not visited Angie, you really should.
Particularly if you like GOOD food!
Angie has a new yummy sounding recipe on her blog almost every day of the week.
Ferrero Roche chocolates are my very favourite and because the coupon was so long in arriving, Ferrero Roche added a second one.
So I was able to enjoy TWO 200 gram packages!
Lucky me...well, lucky hubby and me.
I did NOT eat them all by myself, I promise.
In fact the second package was just opened this week.

Now for something that I put together recently.
I haven't painted the base of the lamp black yet because I wanted to make sure that I liked it before I went to all the trouble.
Here you see it a little better. I simply glued cardboard letters onto an old broken piece of a lamp shade, then put it on the small lamp.
Yes, I think I will paint the base black now that I've decided to keep it.

And...I'm thinking of painting the chairs at the table red!

I don't know what it is lately, but I am in love with red! It's been coming on so gradually, I didn't really pick up on it until a few months ago. Go for it, paint that table red!!

Hello! I'm so glad that you were able to comment on my blog! I've been browsing through all of your blog posts because I'm looking for inspiration for our new home. We are moving this weekend and it's a cute little 2 bedroom 1 bath here in the Bay Area and I am excited to decorate. We have been living in a house since we were married, but we knew that another move would happen, so I didn't spend too much time decorating.
I like the idea of painting the tables and chairs red! A friend of mine recently painted one of her old tables red and it looks perfect.
