Hoppy Spring to You!

We're having a Hoppy Spring day here at my house.

It has been going above the freezing mark outside recently and

the ---- is melting very nicely...

...and inside things are hopping!

You may have noticed these little bunnies in previous posts...

...but here's somebunny you haven't seen before.

Little Miss Bunny was handmade by my oldest daughter about 20 years ago and she has been sitting in storage until recently.
I brought her out and realized that it was time she had a new dress...

Yesterday I made her a new two tone turquoise dress.
I think she looks very sweet in it.

The sun is shining and she is soaking up the rays...

I hope you're getting some 'rays' at your house!

Today I'm starting my spring cleaning and re-painting of the bathroom, one coat wasn't enough, it needs another one, so here goes again...

Thanks so much for all of the birthday greeting that you left on my last post, they made my day! They really did, it's been a tough winter and everything has seemed so much brighter since this last weekend and you are part of the reason for that.
So thank you!

Thank you also for coming by today and leaving a nice comment.

Hugs, Cindy

Good morning Cindy, that is a sweet bunny your daughter made and she is beautiful in her new dress. Little dresses are so fun to sew, aren't they?
We have not had the hard winter in OK like you have in CA but we are in a stretch of colder than normal temps.
Hope it is warm and sunny for us all soon. I really know it will be, God created a very orderly set of seasons.

It may look like Christmas outside, but it certainly looks like Easter inside!

Hi Cindy,
I love your little Miss Bunny and she looks so happy and full of spring in her new Easter dress. Little Miss Bunny even found a speckled egg.
I brought out my Bunnies too they are all sitting in a basket.
We are suppose to be getting rain today and throughout the rest of the week, not fun when commuting.
Stay warm, sending you love and hugs, Elizabeth

So sorry I missed your Birthday!! (Happy belated Birthday from me!) Your bunnies are so cute, I put out a few bunnies here too. And if it's any consolation to you, it's freezing down south, too! Our first day of spring break it barely got above freezing - not very Springy!! My hubby actually had to drive to work through snow, it's crazy! So, like you, we are hoping spring is right around the corner so we can enjoy the rest of our break =)

I admire your ability to whip up a new dress for the bunny...and such a great color, too.

The sun is peeking in and out here--not enough to melt the snow, though. I SO look forward to a potential warm up on our Easter Sunday. It will be so welcomed.

I wish you a blessed Easter, Cindy (in case I don't get back before then....)♥

Things really are hopping there!
I loved you play on words:-)
Miss Bunny looks as proud as can be in her new Easter dress. You completed it just in time for Sunday.
When does the magazine come out with your kitchen featured in it?
I don't want to miss it!

I love your little bunnies and Miss Bunny in her new dress. We get a few rays of sun then the clouds hide it again. In and out. Oh well, it's only March. But the snow is slowly melting, slowly being a good thing as we don't want any floods. Hugs, Pam
